Our clients are spread across Europe and the US, and our team is comprised of diverse professionals working remotely from different locations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their Change Management needs in PLM transformation projects.
- Develop and implement Change Management strategies, plans, and methodologies.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop communication and training materials.
- Coach and advise clients on Change Management best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong background in Change Management, preferably in the context of technology implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Change Management strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in English.
