Position

We are looking for a CISO to drive cybersecurity, compliancy strategy, awareness and implementation to protect the business units from cyber threats.

Reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating an Information Security program to protect data, communications and systems from both internal and external threats aligned with assessed business risks

Working with other executives across different departments to ensure that security systems are working smoothly to reduce the organization's operational risks and to ensure operational compliance with security and privacy standards and regulations.

Your role will include :

  • Collect and analyse business issues and identify key information and technical assets . Identify regulatory and contractual requirements, perform risk assessment , and define a cybersecurity strategy consistent with LVMH Group overall strategy and aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Adapt LVMH Group security policies to the context of LOEWE while creating custom additional policies, procedures and guidelines where needed.
  • Lead or contribute to the implementation of processes and technical, organizational, contractual and insurance-related measures related to applications, infrastructure and IT services.
  • Coordinate the integration of security and privacy in every IT and digital project with different stakeholders, including security and compliance requirements, assessment of 3rd parties and solutions, negotiation, risk assessment, selection of appropriate controls and risk treatments plans and training.
  • Specify requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery plans . Ensure that these plans are in place and tested.
  • Identity , implement and oversee access management process , including privileged access management.
  • Coordinate the monitoring, detection and response process and the relationship with the Cyber SOC . Conduct a continual assessment of current IT security practices and systems and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead the security incidents management process , contribute to decision-making and operational crisis units .
  • Conduct (organize, deliver or supervise) employee security awareness and training, developing secure business and communication practices.
  • Stay engaged in technology watch including contacts with special interest groups and professional associations. Track innovations and keep abreast of latest cybersecurity technologies .

Profile

What is important for the role :

  • Between 10 to 15 years of experience in a combination cybersecurity operations and risk management.
  • Knowledge of common Information Security management frameworks
  • Innovative thinking and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making with ability to lead and motivate cross-functional
  • Advanced level of English is a must and other languages will be highly appreciated.
