Oracle is a global leader in cloud technology, and we’re looking for a CSS Customer Success Management (CSM) Senior Director to drive success as part of our CSM European team.

We’re on the precipice of a generational change in how Oracle enables customer success and Oracle’s Customer Success Organization is in the midst of a customer-centric transformation.

What you will do

Oracle has embraced living in the currency of customer success as the gateway to profitable growth. The key mandate is no longer convincing executive partners why customer success matters but rather how Oracle will be the outstanding provider of customer success.

As a Senior Director, you will :

  • Develops the strategy and goals for Cloud customer success across SaaS
  • Evaluate current CSM organization against new charter & drive organization transformation, driving and measuring performance
  • Assess and mitigate risk, making sure the partner implementation is according to standards and for all project constraints.

Manage contracts accordingly for the reason.

  • Lead by example and be a naturally accepted mentor for the Customer, Oracle, and Partners involved in the transformation as a crucial part of the program and key member of Steerco.
  • Work with the region’s Alliances and Channels making sure the involved partners are focusing on customer success; bring up issues promptly when there is any deviation.

What are we looking for

  • Extensive experience in diverse leadership regional roles with a regional scope, driving and implementing customer innovation and success
  • Ability to craft and implement a business strategy effectively
  • Proven track record leading on cloud solutions (Oracle SaaS & OCI)
  • Proven C -Level of relationship management
  • Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
  • International business experience
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar.

Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations.

Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals. Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives.

Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds on going customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and up sell to the client.

Owns resolution of client issues acting independently. Plans regional coverage and staffing models. Interfaces with virtual team to accomplish goals.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with the highest levels internally and within clients.
