DirecciónAs a Cloud Solution Architect in the Culture and Cloud eXperience (CCX) team, you will create solutions focused on people and process enabled by Microsoft technology. In this role, you will focus on DevOps, Citizen Development, and Agile automation development using Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Power Platform solutions. The role requires technical and business acumen with the ability to identify business problems and/or inefficiencies in order to develop automated solutions managed through operations that meet stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using AI and automation technologies and coding practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and products.
Continuously integrate and deploy code changes using Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the development, testing, and production environments.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the systems and applications.
Continuously improve the development process through automation, testing, and performance optimization.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of AI, Citizen Development, coding, and DevOps.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Multiyear experience in designing, developing, and automating solutions using Microsoft Cloud technologies and products such as Azure AI and Power Platform
Multiyear experience with DevOps and Agile methodology such as SCRUM
Strong ability to perform in ambiguous situations and an incubation environment
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub
Proficiency with web services and APIs (REST, swagger)
Knowledge of data engineering tools and frameworks, AI and machine learning concepts and technologies
Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively adapt messaging for various audiences
Fluency in written and verbal English is required
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience with Natural Language Processing
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python
Experience with data privacy and compliance at a global level.
Technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, security)
SCRUM or SAFe certified
Experience working with modern technologies such as Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
