About the role
At Reckitt, we're seeking a Commercial Quality Specialist to be the cornerstone of our product lifecycle management, driving the success of our healthcare portfolio.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll :
- Oversee and deliver project activities for healthcare products, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
- Prepare crucial technical documentation for product innovation and maintenance, including submissions for medicinal products and cosmetic product information files.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved punctually and efficiently.
- Offer leadership and potential management to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Assist with audit preparations, ongoing maintenance activities, and support the wider department.
- Champion continuous improvement, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency within the team.
The experience we're looking for
- Knowledge of working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects and handle problem-solving with a proactive approach.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating others.
- Results-driven mindset with a willingness to embrace and manage risks.
- Effective communicator able to build relationships and encourage innovation and improvements.
- A track record of being resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
