Tasks
- Create, publish and share news of the company’s activities across the social media channels.
- Create and administer the social media calendar for all the social media accounts of the company, working with the social media manager
- Administer the company’s social media profiles, ensuring they are on brand and attractive for the target audiences.
- Engage with influencers
- Respond to all comments and enquiries across all social media channels.
- Keep up to date with trends in social media marketing and digital technology to ensure the company is engaging and in front of trends.
- Attend events to provide live social media coverage (travel may be necessary).
- Track results and devise strategies and tactics to grow our community.
Requirements
- Passion for social media
- A bachelor’s degree (minimum) in digital marketing, social media or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in community management, social media management or digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels : Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Experience of social media management and reporting tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent English copy writing / written skills (level C1, C2 or native)
- Design and video skills for social media post creation
