DirecciónAs a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s online presence and reputation across various social media platforms and online communities.
Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers, building relationships, and creating an immersive digital experience that reflects the uniqueness of our client’s brand.
Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Community Manager will be :
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor social media channels for guest feedback, inquiries, and mentions
- Creating high-quality content across various platforms, including the website, email marketing, social media channels, and corporate communications, while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Proactively introduce new tools and methods for best performance based on your knowledge and experience
- Executing new marketing strategies aligned with company values by optimizing content creation and distribution, as well as implementing innovative SEO practices
- Presenting marketing results to optimize the effectiveness of current and future campaigns
- Collaborating with other departments and teams to provide feedback on written content and ensure the quality of written communications
Requirements
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :
- A native-level proficiency in English, with preferably a good command of Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, preferably within the Plastic Surgery industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of the analytical tools for Google and social media channels
- Desirable graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
- Creative yet analytical mindset, with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
