Role and Responsibility
Experience in defining BPM processes and flows. Taking requirements and estimating effort by identifying the dependencies of the software (performing the impact analysis and proposing integration solutions) to be built with the systems, as well as between the different processes in the scope of the project.
Support and incident management of Appian-based applications as well as the correct functioning of Microservices and calls to CIB APIs.
Coordination with the devops and project teams in the maintenance processes and software deployments, both those derived from incidents and evolutionary and application improvements.
Detection and solution of coding and execution errors and incidents.
Direct knowledge of Appian Demand Manager, Mercurio, Tiara, WF Secondary Market, API connect, Confirming International
Knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience in the ITIL framework.

Intermediate Degree (FP1) or Higher
