At one of our German locations we are looking for a Technical Global Support Engineer* A&N.
YOUR TASKS
- Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers and internal staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Research technical problems using problem analysis techniques, knowledge bases, problem simulation, cross-functional collaboration and other skills
- Help improve our customer self-service knowledge base by creating and publishing technical articles
- Set up technical environments to replicate issues as needed
- Take initiative to acquire and improve product knowledge of SAG products and platforms and supporting technologies
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education at a university of applied sciences, university of cooperative education, vocational school
- You are proficient in at least one transaction or object-oriented programming language and are familiar with relational databases
- You have operating system knowledge such as Windows, Linux or z / OS
- Structured thinking and analytical skills are among your strengths
- You are familiar with diagnosing product problems and appreciate the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems
- You are a team player who enjoys working in a stimulating, international environment that offers many opportunities to strengthen your technical skills through a generous training program
- You enjoy working with multicultural colleagues and customers and put the customer first in your work
- You are proficient in German or Spanish, at least level C1, and English, both written and spoken
- You like to work in teams and convince with your communication skills
