My name is Elina, I am Head of Operations at Revealbot. Our products help marketing teams communicate with their customers in a more effective and beautiful way by providing automation, insights, and creation solutions.
Right now, I am looking for someone who will take care of our office and online and offline events the Office & Community manager.
Who we are?
That’s the question we’re asking ourselves almost everyday. But as of now, we’re a remote-first team spread around the world with a HQ in Barcelona.
We’ve built one successful product (Revealbot) and now transitioning to a broader vision. We hire globally and love meeting offline : last October we were in Barcelona , the year before in Istanbul .

What our office is like?
Our office is not a traditional office space. I like to think about it as a playground, but for adults : we painted the walls and put up a disco ball, we use the biggest wall for presentations and movies, we brought musical instruments for spontaneous music jams, and we love to invite our friends over for a cup of fresh coffee.
Just like any office, it requires good maintenance, ordering supplies, communicating with the cleaning lady, and repairing the AC from time to time.
But more importantly, it needs someone, who will help us maintain the spirit and have more things happening in it, not only for our team, but also involving the people of Barcelona.
We already hosted a few events like a female startup pitch, branding workshop, and our annual onsite. We want someone who will enjoy coming up with event ideas, refine them with the People team and founders, and bring the best ones to life.
What will you do?
- Come up with event ideas and organize them from scratch : 1) internal events for our team, like a weekend hike or offline Spanish class at the office and 2) external events open for everyone.
- Find out curious topics that would be interesting for us to create an event about : meetups, conferences, or workshops we can organize ourselves or in partnership with someone.
- Own all office-related questions , from ordering new pieces of furniture for the backyard to teaching a new team member how the fire alarm system works.
- Help organizing our annual onsites and offsites .
- Share content on social media about what’s going on at Revealbot.
- Organize online events for the team to include those working remotely.
Requirements
Who you are?
- You speak English and Spanish fluently . The official level isn’t important : you need to be able to communicate things like an AC issue to our landlord in Spanish, announce and host an event for our team in English, and have a coffee chat with our colleague Antonio from Malaga.
- You are familiar with Barcelona and have already lived here for a while. You know where to get the best catering and what park to suggest for a team picnic or can easily find that out.
- You love organizing experiences for other people and believe technical details are just as important as creating an engaging, fun, and lovely vibe.
- You have an interest in different cultures and appreciate working in an international environment.
- You are okay with communicating a lot : writing, talking, calling, figuring out the details and negotiating.
- You have a natural desire to keep the space cozy and tidy and don’t mind doing some small cleaning chores when necessary, like taking the trash out if our cleaning lady is not coming today.
- You appreciate beauty in everyday things : food, office, locations, event design. For this role, a great eye for aesthetics at all times is a key element.
If you have a passion for culinary experiences, can’t pass a vintage chair that someone left at the waste container, and sometimes feel the magic in the way something looks & feels this job is for you!
- You take having fun seriously .
- You have experience in organizing people, workspace or events (office management with a creative touch, HORECA, retail, and other fields would work).
