POSITION SUMMARY
This position involves managing complex inventory and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Objectively coordinate room assignments based on guest requirements and hotel availability.
Manage reservations to ensure equitable and efficient distribution of available rooms.
Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Revenue responsibilities:
Monthly/Weekly/Daily tasks
Accurately implements pricing strategies in Marriott tools
Implements tracking and analysis tools to support deeper analysis
Temporarily assume tasks and responsibilities of DORM ensuring operational continuity and efficient execution of daily activities.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel management roles, preferably in reception, reservations, or revenue management
Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) Opera and Marriott environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
Ability to work under pressure and efficiently resolve issues
