ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:
The main purpose of this position is to support accelerated volume growth, lead Sales Management model (Dynamo) in WHS and OT channels, align and execute the new operational model for sales and support areas across based on “Titanes por la Excelencia Latam”, Dynamo and other support tools/strategies aimed for the business development in the country.
- This role will be in charge of following service requests from the Country Leader developing and executing fit-gap action plans, regional strategies, tracking and field support to sales teams in WHS&OT channels (Supervisors+)
- Ensure database quality and enhance decision making based on analytics for Honduras to develop business strategies.
Interaction and alignment with CAMN team to guarantee Pepsico commercial standards for the country.
Your Impact:
As Coordinador de Desarrollo de Negocios your functions would consist of
- Guarantee deployment and execution of Dynamo Sales Management process aligned with new operational model (Titanes por la excelencia) and provide follow up to all KPIs in WHS and OT for Guatemala, Honduras & El Salvador.
- Develop trackings and guarantee field support to sales teams projects & KPIs
- Enable customer data base excellence and Route data base.
- Drive business intelligence decision enablers and ensure Front line performance visibility
- Sales Development Budget Owner, guaranteeing the best execution (98% minimum)
- Support the implementation of digital tools with sales teams
- Support key go to market transformations within the channel
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Professional / Bachelor degree (industrial engineering , business administration or related); master desired
Experience
- English: Intermediate +
- Understanding of Go-to-Market processes and activities
- Previous experience with sales strategy, go to market, sales management processes
- Expertise in tracking tools, database tools, MS Office 365, PowerBi, SAP; advanced Excel
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Results oriented with robust planning and follow up skills
- Agility mindset
