We are looking for a Technical Service Coordinator to join the sales team of one of our main clients in the printing and packaging sector.
The selected person will be responsible for managing after-sales services and client needs in Spain and Latin America.
What will I do? These will be your main functions :
- Oversee a team of service engineers and agents to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, concerns, and issues.
- Provide a back up to the service team to ensure effective resolution in time.
- Develop and implement strategies to efficiently address and resolve customer issues, aiming for positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze patterns of customer issues to identify root causes and work with relevant teams to implement preventive measures.
- Ensure that after-sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
How will I do it?
- You will report directly to the department manager
- You will have to comunicate with with sales, marketing, production, and R&D teams

Imprescindible :
- 5 Years of experiencie in Printing and / or Packaging machinery sales.
- Bachelor of Science / B. Tech / Mechanical Engineer
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum B2 conversational English
