Job Description
JustFab is currently looking for a CRM Coordinator.
JustFab is a premier destination for stylish women dressing from the shoes up. With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a CRM Coordinator for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office.
How Do You Fit In?
As CRM coordinator, you will participate in planning and be responsible for implementing and providing valuable insight for our daily email and mobile marketing campaigns as well as our automated flows (Welcome series, Abandoned baskets, Loyalty programme, etc.), along with continuously refreshing and introducing new touchpoints to our transactional suite.
You will also support the CRM team in delivering customer-centric projects, in collaboration with the wider JustFab EU and JustFab North America (US & Canada) teams.
You should be able to think customer first. You thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
This position reports to the CRM Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • You will support the CRM Manager, with monthly planning, implementation, and optimization of the email calendar, campaign content and Q&A process across our EU markets
  • You will coordinate the briefs for design, localization and HTML templating, building the segmentation where needed and scheduling the campaigns through our Email Marketing tool
  • You will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports for CRM activity as well as specific campaign performance analysis when required
  • You will suggest new tests and tactics based on segmentation, personalization, and customer insights to help improve performance
  • Provide creative input, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the email marketing space to inform future activity
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of CRM experience in a digital B2C business
  • You are reliable, proactive, rigorous, used to work with enthusiasm, reactivity, ability and have energy to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Email Marketing Software at an advanced level
  • Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping, as well as the main KPIs
  • Knowledge in segmentation / targeting / personalization
  • Strong data analytics skills to understand and optimize the performance of our campaigns
  • Efficiency using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel and pivot tables)
  • You are organised and detail-oriented, a multi-tasker who thrives on working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
  • A good English level (B2-C1) is required as English is the company language.
