You will be involved in the planning and development of initiatives that will contribute improve the purchase repetition and customer loyalty.
Your main tasks will be :
Participation along the Strategy and planification of all CRM comunications
Elaboration of wireframes and modification of simple htmls
Copywriting of simple Emails, SMS, and push mobile campaigns.
Developing of A / B Tests for the improvement of retention and CRM KPIs
Assisting in the elaboration of the weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Previous experience as CRM Specialist and / or in Email Marketing
Experience with HTML
Experience in some relevant CRM tool
Good English level
Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to Analyze and Solve complex problems
Creative, proactive, decisive and dynamic
Person eager to learn, evolve and work within a team
Excellence : organizational skills, planning, orientation to the detail and working under pressure
Experience in Ecommerce / marketplace will be a plus
Be based in Barcelona or surrounding area (you will have hybrid work model)
