Support to develop and implement the national OP customers annual marketing programs. Track the result and share the learning/ best practice with both bottler and customers
Responsibilities- As a Key Account Manager role to incharge of Legoland, including:
- Define and execute strategies and plans in line with business requirements
- Ensure achievement of Legoland targets/KPIs
- Initiate and execute joint business plan with Legoland to achieve sales & branding objectives
- Lead convertion plan with PBB & KBB & SH MU as one system agreement with Legoland
- Acquire a thorough understanding of Legoland needs and requirements, and leverage internal resource to provide a total solution to customer
- Work closely with internal departments to qualify and develop new products or customerizedactivitions to Legoland and win the business growth
- As a project leader to make sure 100% on time delivery of Products, Equipments, Grand opening acitivition, culinary and PR event for Legoland opening project
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Developing and building strong relationship with Shanghai Legoland, Legoland GCR, Marlin group through proactive business activities
- Lead Legoland new parks hunting and support line-manager for other new customers hunting
- Lift and shift Global Recreation and theme park BPTs and experiences to enhance Legoland business initiatives and sales growth
- Team player with flexibility to assess situations and issues from different angles;
- Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence;
- Possession of highest personal integrity and standards;
- Excellent sales and KA management skills;
