Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Polish market.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent Customer Service
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

  • Native / High fluency in POLISH
  • Good fluency in English
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work night shift hours
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
