Tasks
You will work in a dynamic team for one of our clients in the payment industry and will be part of the Nordic support team.
You will start with an intensive training to learn all the details to be well-prepared to provide the best service to your clients.
Some of your daily activities are :
- You are an important link between the customer and the organization.
- You will be in contact with the B2B-customers both by telephone and by e-mail.
- You will work solution-oriented in the service of the customer.
- You ensure correct administrative handling and follow-up of incoming questions and requests.
Requirements
- You have a native level of the Danish language in word and writing, and have good knowledge of the English language
- You have at least a professional Bachelor's level of work or thinking
- Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner

- You know Windows Office
- You can communicate constructively and show empathy
- You do not think in terms of problems but are solution-oriented
- You can work independently but also be a good team member with colleagues
- Customer service experience is a plus
