Then read on! We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven All-round Customer Service Advisor for 32-39 hours a week in Barcelona.

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include :

Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)

Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals

Troubleshooting reported issues

Maintaining a good customer relationship

Solution-oriented approach without losing eye for detail

Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work

What you need :

  • Native level Danish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Tech-savvy : ability to work with different IT systems and programs
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
