As a Customer Service and Bookings agent, your responsibilities will include : - Making reservations, entering them into our internal system, and modifying or canceling them as needed.

• Responding to all inquiries received via email or phone, aiming for the best attention to detail possible. - Managing group requests by providing quotes and creating custom menus, as well as maintaining contact and follow-up with agencies, event organizers, or tour operators.
• Communication with restaurants. Be the link between the client and the restaurants. -Implement sales strategies for MICE and private events

Requisitos : Requirements : - Minimum qualification : Higher / Intermediate hospitality and tourism training - Experience : 1 to 2 years - Residence : Vacant province - Essential language : Spanish Native / English : Advanced - Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
