We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join the team and cater to the needs of the German market, focusing on Small and Medium Businesses (SMB).
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.Responsibilities : -Handle inbound calls and follow up on web orders.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding products and services.-Manage any order-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Engage in online chats and other forms of communication with customers.-Prioritize tasks during high volume periods to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.-Utilize sales experience to identify additional sales opportunities and increase revenue.
Requirements : -Native German speaker fluent in both written and verbal communication.-Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with customers.-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.-Basic knowledge of computer tools and order tracking systems.What we offer : -Salary : €23,000 gross per year + commissions (€500 commission guaranteed for the first 3 months)-6 month initial contract with the possibility of permanent employment-Hybrid work model (two days remote)-International company environment with colleagues in Barcelona, Berlin, and Perpignan-Employee events such as Christmas dinner, summer party with an overnight stay, AfterWork, etc.
