Your main tasks :
- General administrative support to the technical service manager.
- Global management of all service orders, tracking their entire life cycle :
- Verification of order data, monitoring of delivery time and billing management with the international headquarters
- Carrying out the entire procedure for monitoring the life cycle of the order : transportation management, coordination for delivery with the personnel responsible for the facility, confirmation of order delivery at the customer's facility, payment control
- Relationship with the service technician, to monitor offers and orders in progress
- Calls to clients with installed products to offer maintenance services..
- Telephone attention from the switchboard
- Create and send quotations to customers
Who are we looking for :
- Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to write professional documents and interact by phone and email with the international headquarters
- Native Spanish, valuable Catalan
- Proper use of the complete Office package, good use of Excel
- It will be especially valued if you have worked in a multinational environment, as well as having worked with ERP Dynamics 365.
- Good cultural level
- Residence in the Metropolitan area of Barcelona
- Adapt to schedules and indicated salary.
