Your mission will be to provide Customer Service in Dutch, both by phone and by mail, for an important Financial Institution.
Requirements :
What do we need from our new Talents?
- Native or bilingual Dutch.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Residence in Madrid

What do we offer?
- Indefinite contract Indefinite with 2 months trial period.
- 35h per week.
- Salary of 1.380€ gross per month.
- Timetable from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 4pm.
- Hybrid mode (the trainings are face to face. Agents must attend the office at least one week per month).
Face-to-face training with contract from 9 : 00 to 16 : 00hs.
We are located in the area of Puerta de Toledo / Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.
