Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service Representative will be :
- Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
- Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
- Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
- Utilize call and email channels to assist clients
- Maintain security procedures around sensitive data
- Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system

- Fulltime rotative shifts, Mon-Fr from 09 : 00 - 21 : 00 and weekends from 9 : 00 - 17 : 00. 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :
- A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
