You will be working on a project withrelatively simple processes, but accuracy is an absolute must.Dealing with questions from credit card holders and responsible forthe security and protection of credit card data.
Identity control,answering questions, and explaining about possible steps to followbelong to the core tasks.
There is a trainingprogram in which you will go through all the aspects of the job(the focus will be on privacy related themes).
The training periodconsists of 5 days, of which 1 day will be practice.
Tasks
- Blockinglost / stolen credit and debit cards
- You willhandle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the securityand protection of credit card information
- Identity verification, answering questions and explainingany steps are among your core duties
- Checkingtemporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blockingor unblocking the credit card
- Handling claimsfiles

- C2 Dutch and Flemish level of requiredlanguage
- Fluency in English written andspoken
- Experience as a Customer ServiceAgent
