The job position available is for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will involve assisting customers with their concerns through phone calls, chats, and / or emails.
You will be responsible for addressing customer needs, adhering to company and client processes and policies, clarifying information, providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting set targets.
REQUIREMENTS : Senior High School graduates or individuals who have completed 2 years of college are eligible to apply if they have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
College graduates, with or without BPO experience, are encouraged to apply.Good to excellent English written and oral communication skills are necessary.
Must be willing to start immediately and work on-site in Cebu City.The job offer includes benefits such as HMO coverage starting on day one, a 20% night differential, allowances, and incentives.
