Job description
We are seeking to hire a Data Engineer to manage large-scale log platforms, processing billions of events daily for real-time operational and security monitoring, utilizing both third-party and proprietary technologies.
Join our team as a Data Engineer :
What You Will Do :
- Onboard new data sources into the ecosystem, developing and maintaining efficient data pipelines for diverse log source types.
- Design and implement data parsing and transformation, collaborating with Security Analysts and Data owners.
- Ensure data quality standards, monitor data pipelines, and provide user support.
- Create and maintain content, visualizations, and documentation on supported platforms.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
- Proven experience in data management, data modeling, and SQL.
- Relevant certifications or technology work experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and system administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both spoken Spanish and English.
A long-term contract with Matchtech is available for a project at a major financial institution.
The work model is hybrid, allowing for 3 days remote work and 2 days in the office, located in the Las Rozas area. Additionally, attractive salary conditions are offered.
