As Data Privacy Governance Manager you'll work closely with the Head Privacy & DAI Risk and Monitoring to contribute to define global Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI) policies and standards, driving implementation of global Data Privacy and AI frameworks, participating in the independent monitoring program for Data Privacy and AI risks and controls, performing additional monitoring as needed, and reporting on risks and monitoring outcomes and monthly reporting of privacy program.
By the operation of a solid governance and risk framework, working with the Head Privacy & DAI Risk and Monitoring, and defining our framework and reporting on risks and monitoring outcomes, the Data Privacy Governance Manager enables the Head Privacy & DAI Risk and Monitoring to provide governance, monitoring, risk assurance, and document and demonstrate compliance with all relevant Data Privacy & AI laws and standards worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Support the definition and creation of the Data Privacy and AI framework at the organization.
- Develop Data Privacy and AI training and awareness actions and implement communication strategies.
- Build the controls and risk assurance framework and embed in the businesses.
- Operate and drive the risk framework and monitoring program and plan for Data Privacy & AI relevant risks and controls
- Monitor DP controls designed within the Sandoz framework
- Perform additional monitoring on a need to know basis and / or in accordance with the Head Privacy & DAI Risk and Monitoring
- Follow up on remediation activities resulting from monitoring in order to ensure closure of identified risks
- Perform reporting activities on Data Privacy & AI risks and monitoring outcomes
- Provide analysis of Data Privacy & AI relevant risks and the effectiveness of Data Privacy & AI governance processes in collaboration with Data Privacy & DAI Policies and Framework
- Monitor risk management results and industry developments to identify gaps and recommendations within a global scope.
- Support the Head Privacy & DAI Risk and Monitoring in defining and implementing the risk and monitoring strategy in Sandoz
