YOUR TASKS :
- Develop, implement and maintain the IoT communication platform using e.g. MQTT, Kafka, Azure and Kubernetes
- Configure and manage the MQTT message queue and deploy scalable messaging solutions
- Administration of Kafka clusters for efficient data processing and transfer
- Integration of Azure services and tools for scaling, monitoring and security of the IoT communication platform
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters
- Ensuring global edge communication by e.g. implementing security mechanisms and routing strategies
- Optimizing platform performance, availability and scalability
- Identifying and resolving technical problems and faults and documenting the platform architecture, configurations and processes
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU :
- Sound experience with MQTT, Kafka and Kubernetes and with infrastructure automation such as Ansible or Terraform
- Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud services, e.g. Azure and AWS
- Knowledge of scaling, high availability and performance optimization of IoT communication platforms and experience in global edge communication
- Good knowledge of infrastructure automation and orchestration and experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Several years of professional experience as DevOps Engineer (m / f / x) IoT in the area of communication platforms or comparable qualifications
- Good knowledge of German and English
