Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Digital & Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

They will they stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure their strategies remain effective and competitive in the digital landscape.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive media strategies that encompass both digital and traditional media channels.

Understand and apply knowledge of advertising formats, options, and pricing across various media outlets to optimize media buys.

Negotiate with media vendors and manage relationships to secure the best possible terms and placements for advertising campaigns.

Utilize research tools such as NILSEN, INFOADEX, OJD, AIMC, GWI, SimilarWeb, GFK, etc., for informed decision-making and strategy optimization.

Track and analyze campaign performance using both Branding KPIs (Coverage, Universe, Penetration, Affinity, Territory, Contacts, etc.

and digital KPIs (Reach, Impressions, Views, VTR, DOOH, etc.). Adjust media plans and strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure campaign objectives are met or exceeded.

Ensure the agency maintains a positive and professional image in all interactions with media outlets and other partners.

Oversee the media budget, ensuring all campaigns are delivered within the allocated spend. Prepare detailed reports and analyses for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future actions.

QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, ADE, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2 years in a managerial role and 4 years of work experience in Media Planning. Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead a team and provide constructive feedback.

Strong understanding of the technology necessary for effective execution and measurement of advertising campaigns. Training experience, with the ability to train new hires and develop ongoing training programs.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with both clients and team members. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of work experience in a managerial role.

4+ years of work experience in Media Planning.Bilingual (Spanish / English)
