The Opportunity

This position works out of our Spain location in the Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active.

Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, Glucerna and ZonePerfect to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.

As the Digital and eCommerce Sales Manager you ll be responsible for management of the eCommerce Sales channel and its clients.

This includes sales and budget forecasting, ideally both for SI and SO, planning of the promotional activities. Ensure content optimization of how products are showcased to maximize sales and increase media performance.

The eCommerce and Sales Manager will also be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of digital performance campaigns through different media channels, such as Google, Meta and Amazon AMS and DSP.

Is ultimately responsible for the eCommerce channel P&L, and accomplishing sales objective for OOP brands through from conceptualization, deployment, and post-event analysis.

Will report directly to the Marketing Manager or Commercial Director and will work directly with the performance agencies on execution of campaigns and data analysts.

She / He plays a critical role in leading Abbott performance in the very competitive business.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and develop the commercial relationship with main customers.

Evaluating customers, market conditions and competitor data.

Define long-term eCommerce Strategy.

Develop digital performance strategies to drive online traffic that convert in Sales.

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of ecommerce and media activations.

To plan the digital investment plan for performance campaigns

Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of eCommerce Digital assets.

Communicate internal information to upper management : reconciling data and researching ways to ameliorate service.

Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Required Qualifications

Business Administration, Business Management, or related specific field from an accredited institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital sales management or leading performance campaigns.

Knowledge on Microsoft application e.g. excel, power point and word.

Must be proficient in both spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications :

Master’s in digital or similar, preferably in Performance campaigns

Experience in FMCG or OTC Industry
