In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital initiatives and acting as a driving force in the improvement, integration and digitalization of processes.
In addition, you will oversee IT operations in Germany and Italy and ensure smooth functionality. A key aspect of your role will be to develop a comprehensive strategy for the digital future of the company together with top management and in close cooperation with the parent companies that provide the majority of the IT infrastructure.
- Develop a Digital Transformation roadmap to rapidly drive the company's digitalization and efficiency
- Ensure a robust IT infrastructure including powerful applications (SAP, MES, PLM, data analytics, etc.) for advanced manufacturing, potential analytics and future real-time IoT monitoring
- Optimization of ERP systems for seamless communication and resource allocation
- Creation and optimization of seamless interfaces between different applications (SAP, MES, PLM, BI / Analytics, Office, etc.)
- Maintaining a strong cybersecurity framework for data protection and regulatory compliance
- Continue initiatives to integrate IoT and analytics for predictive maintenance and improved product quality
- Improve user / customer interactions through online tools and personalized support
- Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency across all functions
- Leverage advanced analytics for informed decision making and trend recognition
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance regulations
- Technical and disciplinary management of the IT department
- As Head of IT & Digital Transformation, you will report directly to the management board

- Several years of experience in the management or deputy management of a high-performance IT department or in the management of IT project teams
- Success in implementing and optimizing ERP systems (SAP) and integrating applications (MES, PLM, BI / Analytics, Office, etc.
for seamless communication and resource allocation in a manufacturing environment
- Ability and experience in successfully managing organizational interfaces within the company and with external service providers (especially the two parent companies)
- Expertise in Digital Transformation strategies for greater efficiency and customer experience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure management, especially in modern manufacturing
- Knowledge of cyber security measures, data protection and regulatory compliance
- Interest in IoT integration and analytics for predictive maintenance and product quality improvement
- Commitment to improving user / customer interactions through online tools and personalized support
- Knowledge in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to increase efficiency
- Knowledge of advanced analytics for data-driven decision making and trend detection
- Deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards for quality assurance and compliance
- Experience in the successful implementation of IT projects
- Excellent experience with SAP
- Excellent communication skills to operationalize strategic initiatives
- Fluency in English and German, knowledge of Italian an advantage
