The principal objective will involve the supervision of projects within both public and private administration sectors, ensuring successful implementation of digital transformation, particularly in the context of document digitization.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervision of projects.
Control and registration of documentation entry
Preparation of policies and procedures, preparation of document reports based on project needs.
Control of production and initial project objectives.
Preparation of monthly reports on project, production, quality and billing data.
Design, development and maintenance of control tools.
Writing methodologies and work procedures.
Proposals for process improvements.
Selection, training and coordination of the work team.
Collaboration with commercial management in the search for new document management projects.
Requirements :
A minimum of 7 years in document management
Fluent in Spanish, knowledge of English is a great advantage
Desirable deep knowledge of ENI (Esquema Nacional de Interoperabilidad ) NTI system
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with team members who are around the world.
Strong time management and project management skills.
