DSS Team is focused on Solution Discovery, Design, Development and roll-out and is working towards changing the way of working including habits, culture,processes,and technology with a curious open mind set. The Framework and playbook team is in critical mission to offer services that support this shift; hence we are providing a menu of enablement services to support all of our leaders to shift the way we work purposefully, taking care of the needed management of change activities, including training to ensure anyone is equipped while hand holding the organization to make the change a success.
Responsibilities:
Based on Design thinking,DSShas developed an execution framework to ensure we bringnew technologycapabilities to the table supporting new business models andideas across HP.
Your main responsibility will beto support and improve ourrepeatable process byautomatizingand improving the wayteamworks.Connecting technologies and ensuring we have a robustmeasurement systemthat helps the organization improve and learn.
ImplementNBE frameworkenhancementsto ensure the team improves on execution, way of working. Collecting their feedback in a systematic wayand implementing improvements
Propose improvements to the frameworkmethodologyas well as plan the needed actions to ensure we close the gaps.
Ensure teams are equipped with relevant templates, knowledge & contentsuchas training/processes and technology to have teams successfully executing their job and following up feedback from Biz execution.

Knowledgeand Skills
Knowledge on digital business models
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
Background on collaboration tools and methodologies such as: Trello, Atlassian, Miro, Signavio, Celonis, Miro, Service now(not limiting)
High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.Ability to manage uncertainty.
Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture and growing environment.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree 2nd year of Master's program completed.
University students enrolled in a Masters advanced degree program who are working in a technical or non-technical internship role at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters
