• Journal entry preparation of complex projects:
  • Monthly expenses accounts
  • Cash reconciliations
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Intercompany account management
  • High level actual vs budget analysis
  • Manage monthly and quarterly accounting closing procedures
• Supervision of project accountant's journal entries and closing reports.
• Train project accountants on standards and procedures.
• Provide support for annual audits.
• Ad hoc requests for entity financial data using Microsoft Excel.
• Interface with other departments including asset management, tax, FP&A, financial reporting.
• Review and manage some centralized tasks.
• Evaluate current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in accounting positions and at least 2 years as Accounting Manager or similar.
• Experience managing teams.
• Advanced level of English.
• Leadership ability as well as inclination to stimulate and achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving capacity.
• Highly organized and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical/logical mindset and attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Experience in renewable energy is a plus.
