Main Purpose:
Be the face of PepsiCo (first point of contact) for the E-Com B2C customers and work in close coordination with the E-Com Lead to develop & implement account specific Joint Business Plan by leveraging global best practices and consumer insights to deliver revenue, share and profitability. The role would be working closely with the Key ecommerce accounts and generate business and revenue.
The role would also be responsible for independently identifying, evaluating and onboarding of new ecommerce customers.
ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:
- Be the Custodian for the Vol, Val, Share delivery for the customers. Evaluate relevant market competition and take proactive measures to drive the Sales & Share AOP delivery for the channel.
- Understand the e-com business models and the levers to establish category captaincy.
- Executing the JBP (Joint Business plan) with customers & become their preferred partners in each category PI exists
- Be the lead face for customers across their functions for day-to-day business
- Work closely with bottler teams to drive best-in-class OFR
- Keep daily track of stock situation and competition promo/activities on app /In store across all customers, mitigate adversity on real time basis.
- Plan & execute monthly promotions and brand activations based on insights / offtake data customer wise & region wise, in close coordination with bottler KAMs
- Plan & Launch of New SKUs (Listing + Activation) well on time
- Develop insights with customers and drive strategic activation plans
- Establish & deliver the NPD metrics and ensure healthy mix of NPD revenue
- On-board new and upcoming E-Com customers
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Education: MBA from tier 1/2 B-school with 4-7 years of experience
- Industry: E-Commerce (Amazon, Swiggy, Blinkit); e-Com experience at FMCG
- Functional Experience: e-Commerce Business
