Overview of tasks :

• Back office support only
• Taking over general administrative tasks
• Provide online support for specific cases
• Achieving and ensuring the quality standards

Requirements :

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English
• Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship
• Affinity with back office services
• Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
• Goal-oriented work approach
• Availability :
• Part-time : weekend shifts with flexible schedule OR
• Full-time : flexible working hours (24 / 7 shift system)

Offer :

• Permanent employment contract
• Salary of €30,000 per year for full-timers and €12,307.69 gross per year for part-timers
