As an internal service provider, you are the first pointof contact for the workforce and support employees and managementwith user questions about ERP and CAFM systems.
In addition to 1stand 2nd level support, your varied area of responsibility willinclude tasks relating to the monitoring, maintenance and furtherdevelopment of systems and processes.

Your tasks
- Contactperson for employees and management in all matters relating todefined IT systems (ERP and CAFM) in your area of responsibility
- User support 1st level with occasional 2ndlevel
- Monitoring, maintenance, customizingand further development of defined IT systems
- Development of master data concepts to optimize dataquality
- Coordination of data collection,reporting and forms

- A degree ineconomics or computer science or comparable training with relevantprofessional experience
- You have a genuineinterest in people
