Your tasks :
- As amotivating leader, you will be responsible for the personnel,technical and operational management of technology in the Eastbranch
- You will assume responsibility forpersonnel and deployment planning for the technical office andfield staff in the branch office
- You willsupport new and existing customer sales with technical questionsand quotation reviews
- You check customerorders in the CRM system Pisa Sales for correct creation andcompleteness
- You not only optimize thesupport of our customers and the availability of technicalinquiries, but also provide impulses for the (further) developmentof new and existing processes in order to improve workflows andquality
Your profile :
- You have completed training as anIT specialist (m / f / d), a degree in the field of (business)informatics or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have already had initial contact with the topic ofe-health in the healthcare industry as well as managementexperience
- As a strong organizationalleader, you are goal-oriented and have entrepreneurial vision
- You are willing to travel and always keep acool head in hectic situations
- In additionto your very good communication skills and hands-on mentality, youare characterized above all by cooperative teamwork
