THESE CHALLENGES AREWAITING FOR YOU :
- Acceptance,qualification and preliminary clarification of customer inquiriesfrom various communication channels (ticket system, telephone,email or fax)
- Execution of IMAC / RD orders inthe data center, including cabling and de-cabling of switches andpanels
- Comprehensive documentation of thework carried out in FNT Command
- Closecooperation with colleagues and various departments to ensure highcustomer satisfaction
- Analyzing andresolving technical problems in the server and installation area
- Support in the optimization of processes andprocedures in the data center
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :
- Preferably completed vocational training in electronics, e.g. as anIT systems electronics technician, career changer with electricalengineering training or comparable qualifications
- Good hardware and software knowledge in dealing withservers, server cabinets and switches
- Strongcustomer and service orientation as well as excellent written andspoken communication skills
- Goal-orientedand structured way of working with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a team, independence andpersonal responsibility characterize you
- Class B driving license
