As an IT system administrator, you will be responsible formaintaining the IT-specific infrastructure and providing supportusing a ticket system.
YOUR TASKS
- Operation, maintenance and repair of theIT-specific infrastructure, in particular the following areas
- Windows and VMware server environments
- Site networks of local IT and OT
- Security, backup & recovery
- Planning, project planning andimplementation of new systems, with an advisory and supportfunction for other specialist departments
- 1st level support and management of 2nd & 3rd level support anddocumentation in a ticket system
- Support oflocal software applications & databases
- Creation of technical documentation / operating manuals
- Close cooperation with Group IT and theregional IT team of the German plants
Your profile
- Completedtraining as an IT specialist for system integration and / or severalyears of professional experience in a related field
- Good knowledge in the following areas :
- Microsoft client and server operating systems and Officeapplications
- Virtualization technologies(VWware)
- Networks (TCP / IP, LAN, WLAN, VLANs)
- Basic knowledge ofcommon security technologies
- Experience withIT in a production environment an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English at language level B2
