Yourtasks will include in particular :
- Setup, installation, configuration, administration, management andmonitoring of networks, Windows servers, domain structures, VMWareenvironments, MS Exchange Online and MS SQL, backup and storagesystems (Veeam), taking into account cloud options
- Ensuring system availability and rectifying faults
- User support (2nd and 3rd level) for approx.650 users in various locations for questions relating to the ITsystems used (hardware), software (Microsoft Office applications)and various specialist applications for all areas of the cityadministration and Stadtwerke Rodgau
- Installation and maintenance of mobile devices (currently MobilIron)
- Installation and configuration ofapplications under Microsoft Windows (automated softwaredistribution - currently Matrix42 Empirum)
- Administration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Administration of the CodeTwo signaturesolution
- Administration of the emailsecurity software Hornet Security
- Participation and support in the planning, conception,implementation and documentation of new IT requirements andprojects

What you should bring with you :
Completed (technical) university degree /
Bachelor's degree in computer science, businessinformatics or training as an IT specialist for system integration(m / f / d) with professional experience
- Experience in the configuration of cloud environments / cloudinfrastructures (e.g. M365 / O365, MS Teams)
- Strong service orientation
- Confident andfriendly demeanor, sense of responsibility, reliability,independence and willingness to communicate
- A high level of social and intercultural competence
- Ideally knowledge in the following areas :
- Windows client / server environment
- Virtualization with VMware and Proxmox
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange and SQL
- DocuSnap,PRTG monitoring
- Active Directory, GroupPolicies and PowerShell
- Mobile Iron
