Your tasks
The jobholder ensures that the lT systems provided by the lS / lTdepartment on the network side are available at the site with therelevant GMP documentation and can be used by the internalspecialist departments or external third parties (suppliers,customers) without restrictions.
- Designing, managing and testing changes in the IT landscape
- Planning and controlling changes to the ITnetwork
- 2nd level support incl. incident / change management of the system environment
- Supervision and monitoring of network, servers, storage and backupin the data center with regard to hardware and software in aqualified environment under GMP / GAMP regulations
- Determine and implement IT security measures
- Sizing and monitoring system resources and functions
- Collaboration in IT-relevant projects
- Collaboration with Group IT in thedefinition of IT solutions
- Procuring,installing, configuring, operating and maintaining hardware andsoftware based on Group guidelines
- Carryingout training courses for employees
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparablequalification
- Ability to build physical,virtual and cloud IT infrastructures
- Relevant professional experience and detailed knowledge in theareas of IT network, storage, security, AD maintenance, MicrosoftServer, Windows Client
- Experience with ITILprocesses and an ITSM system
- Scripting inPowerShell
- Knowledge of backup andmonitoring solutions
- Good communication inGerman and English
