What you can look forward to
- Development, deployment and maintenance of data centerstorage area networks (SAN) for high-availability IT services(Brocade, Cisco, Nvidia)
- Integration of newhardware in consultation with internal and external interfaces incompliance with security rules, monitoring and alerting procedures
- Development and application of testprocedures for server hardware and network environments to protectproductive IT operations
- Ensuring a suitablehardware and software environment for remote data centermonitoring / control through standby services
- Project collaboration and specialist consulting to ensureoperational processes
- Support with erroranalyses and troubleshooting measures for internal / externalspecialists
- Development, deployment andmaintenance of restart procedures for IT operations followingoutages or disasters
What youbring with you
- Degree in computerscience or a technical discipline or training in an IT environmentwith professional experience in the specified field of application
- Very good knowledge of the IT operatingenvironment of a multi-platform data center
- Very good knowledge of the technical specialty areas z-Series,p-Series, i-Series, Win-Server as well as SAN, networks and storageetc.
- Ability to innovate and workindependently and autonomously
- Strongcommunication, cooperation and teamwork skills for collaborationwith internal / external interfaces
- Highlevel of coordination and organizational skills
