IT Administrator (m / f / d)
The position is to be filled as soon aspossible at our office in Saarbrücken on a full-time, permanentbasis and does not involve shift work.
Yourtasks
- As an applicationadministrator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation,maintenance and troubleshooting of various applications in theareas of "Unified Communications & Collaboration" and"Business Applications", including the connected input and outputmanagement and archiving systems.
- The mostimportant systems include standard software products such as HCLDomino and Notes, VisiTour and DictNow and HyperDoc, as well asindividual software solutions such as MEDIKOS / QASP and MDconnectand the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Theapplications mainly run virtualized on Windows 2019 (or higher);regular Windows Server updates are part of your job description.
- As 2nd level support, you will beresponsible for the electronic data exchange of MD Saarland withhealth insurance companies and hospitals or service providers andwill be in close contact with other services and business partnersat federal level.
- As part of the hotline,you are the point of contact for staff with IT problems, whether onsite at the office or remotely via remote maintenance.
Thisincludes the analysis of sometimes complex faults and problemmanagement, with the aim of ensuring that operations run assmoothly as possible and keeping the number of tickets at a lowlevel in the long term.
- And you providesupport in various IT projects, be it in the conceptual co-designor independent implementation.
- For efficienttask organization, you will have access to state-of-the-art toolsfor software deployment, remote maintenance and ticket processing.
Your profile
- A successful degree as an IT specialist forapplication development, IT system administrator (m / f / d) orcomparable training.
- Professional experiencein a comparable position, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Good knowledge in the above-mentionedspecialist and activity areas.
- Independent,reliable and self-reliant way of working as well as team spirit andgood organizational skills.
- A strong serviceorientation, high flexibility and mobility.
- Very good German language skills and good expression andcommunication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL,programming and scripting languages is an advantage.
