Tasks
As part of the team, you will look after our internal ITinfrastructure. This is our in-house cloud infrastructure based onOpenStack and Ceph.
Various applications run on the predominantlyvirtualized Linux servers (Ubuntu and Red Hat).
Your main tasks
- Administration of the network and virtualization infrastructure aswell as firewalls
- Planning and designing newIT systems
- Administration of the groupware
- Support for users
- Maintenance, care and expansion of the infrastructure and itsdocumentation
- Administration of the cloudPBX and access system
Ourinfrastructure
- Virtualizationenvironment with approx. 200 instances on Openstack
- Storage cluster based on Ceph
- Linux server with Ubuntu and Red Hat OS
- Various open and closed source applications
- Individual Windows servers
- Heterogeneousclients (Linux, Android, Windows)
- Zimbra asa groupware server
- External cloud PBX, alarmsystem incl. access system
Yourprofile
- Degree in computerscience or completed vocational training as an IT specialist(m / f / d) in system integration or comparable qualification in the ITsector
- Professional experience in the fieldof system administration
- Sound knowledge ofLinux and system administration
- Knowledge ofWindows operating systems desirable
- You cancommunicate confidently orally and in writing in English, knowledgeof German is an advantage
- You can workindependently, are communicative, helpful and show initiative
