We are looking for a Facilities Management Technical Specialist to join our TDC Operations team.
The Facilities Management Technical Specialist will be reporting to the FM Manager, will co-ordinate the delivery of Facilities Management services for the Bac de Roda Office, to ensure outstanding quality and customer service within Budget.
Your role
As a Facilities Management Technical Specialist your main responsibilities will involve :
- Plan for day-to-day preventive / predictive / reactive building maintenance
- Manage all issues arising, resolving wherever possible and escalating where necessary, acting as incident controller and escalating potential Security and H&S issues
- As part of the local FM team, to act as point of contact / key interface with customers and other SZ Functions (IT, HR, procurement, ) for all Facilities Management topics
- Work closely with and provide feedback to office suppliers
- Support the FM teams in BAU activities like onboarding, offboarding, etc. and collaborate in FM projects delivery
- Monitor and address or escalate inappropriate behaviour and breaches of rules / policies in buildings
- Provide regular reports to FM Manager
- Monitor the effectiveness of procedures, processes and systems.
- Ensure all fire and bomb / incident procedures are fully implemented and adhered to for designated locations.
- Coordinate with H&S and Risk functions and ensure compliance with statutory H&S regulations.
- Support environment initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Facilities Management Technical Specialist your skills and qualifications will ideally include :
- 10 or more years of experience in similar role
- English basic
- MS Office Basic
