Job Title: Finance Accounting Controller
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 3 days on-site minimum)
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Accounting Controller to lead our accounting support team to different countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of two accountants, the R2R (Record to Report) teams and overseeing critical financial functions such as month-end close, reporting, consolidation, aging analysis, balance sheet management, working capital optimization, internal controls, taxes, audit preparation, and standardization of processes. The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, the ability to deep dive into financial data, and a strategic mindset to understand the global financial picture.
