We are currently seeking for a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analys t to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our business partnering function, leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee BI projects, ensuring proper coordination of stakeholders and timely delivery of solutions.
- Data Analytics Framework : Design and implement a framework to standardize analytics practices across the organization.
- Report Implementation : Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, improving data quality and automation.
- Insight Delivery : Create actionable insights for end-users, driving business value from data.
- Collaboration : Support other BI Business Partners, cross-functionally collaborating and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
- Corporate BI Strategy : Ensure proper implementation of the corporate BI strategy.
- Training : Provide coaching and training to end-users on BI tools.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of work experience in Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, with knowledge of Angular as a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases (, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse).
- Background in analytics and experience with data management projects.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Critical thinking abilities and strategic mindset.
- Motivated self-starter capable of taking projects from development to deployment.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
