Who you are
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A. Candidates with less experience in this field would still be considered provided they have a solid financial experience
- You have a Bachelor / master's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related analytical field.
- Great leadership and organizational skills. Results-oriented person.
- Great communication skills, and you like to create synergies with people.
- Proficient in English language.
- You like to work in dynamic environments.
- You have advanced MS Excel skills
- You are an experienced user of BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
What you will be doing
- Improvement and production of monthly Financial and Business Reporting for shareholders, the board of Directors and other senior staff.
- Management and development of Financial Model. Help analyze these models to support strategic initiatives.
- Cash Flow Forecast : manage monthly cash flow forecasts and identify trends and sensitivities.
- Management of department budgets
- Variance Analysis Support : Assist in identifying and researching variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses.
Collaborate with management to identify improvement opportunities.
- KPI management : contribute to the production, definition and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide management with those insights
- Cross-Functional Project Involvement : Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact the organization from both a business and corporate perspective, working closely with senior colleagues.
